WHO WE ARE
Walk. Support. Glow. was founded in 2017 in Currituck, North Carolina as a not-for-profit organization. This organization was established by Julianna Chalk in memory of her brother, Tighe Chalk. Tighe died by suicide in 2016 at the age of 18. The vision of walk. support. glow. is to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. We hope to open conversations, educate the community, and give back. Suicide prevention begins together.

We host an annual event every year in May for mental health awareness month. The event has food and games as well as resources for mental health and guest speakers. All funds that we raise remain local and aid in continuing to help build the mental health resources in our high schools.
